Thank You Power of the Purse Supporters

The results are in and Tuesday’s Power of the Purse event was a big success! We had more than 500 guests attend the Luncheon, which raised close to $90,000 for the Fund for Women & Girls.

Thank you to all the volunteers who contributed generously of your time, talents and resources to ensure women and girls in our community have every opportunity to reach their fullest potential. We are so grateful for your commitment, compassion and caring support.

Since the program was established in 1999, the Fund has supported more than 150 grants totaling more than $624,000! These grants address critical issues women and girls face by supporting initiatives that foster self-esteem, self-reliance, and empowerment while building and strengthening community.
